voice command doesn't show any idea

The problem with this is if you don't have original pin old phone number or old email... This will not work. I was able to get through all the updates then it asked me for one of the fore mentioned options to unlock phone.

The video seemed to be out of focus and difficult to tell what you are doing. Those looking to format the SD card, I had to find a video on it. Go to storage, from there you can click on SD card to click the 3 dots on the top right to format. To auto save on SD, go to Google Chrome, settings, downloads, download location, to set that feature. Hope I helped. I'm still working on figuring how to move all my apps from phone to SD card.
